A card is required at checkout. Pro is $5 for the first month, then $20/month; Scale and Business are 75% off for the first month. Your selected plan's regular monthly price starts in month two. You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid the regular monthly charge. The offer applies to the plan subscription, not metered usage or domain purchases.
One quota covers both inbound and outbound — every message received as a webhook and every message you send counts once. Domains are always free; you never pay per domain.
Inbound mail is still accepted and stored when a quota pauses delivery. Free monthly limits require a reset or upgrade; paid monthly overage is metered at your plan’s per-1,000 rate. Daily limits apply on all standard plans: outbound sends and forwarding pause, and webhook delivery is held. Wait until midnight UTC or upgrade for a higher daily limit. Retry blocked sends and replay held webhooks from the dashboard.
